Cabin Crew

Cabin crew members dedicate themselves to creating a positive travel experience for passengers, including serving refreshments and meals. Their primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while prioritizing passenger comfort and safety throughout the flight. Trained to manage security and emergency situations, they can provide first aid when necessary.

Tasks vary based on flight duration and team size. Duties typically involve attending pre-flight briefings to receive assigned positions and flight details, including special passenger requirements like diabetic passengers or those in wheelchairs. Pre-flight responsibilities include checking safety equipment, conducting security checks, ensuring cabin cleanliness, updating seat pocket information, and confirming all meals and supplies are onboard.

Cabin crew also provide first aid as needed, oversee safe passenger disembarkation, conduct final cabin checks for remaining items, and complete flight reports as part of their post-flight duties.
